The Content and the methodology of the course will enable students to manage the theoretical models and the applicative methods of the study about relationship between individual and context, work risks and their prevention. In addition, the course will explore the topics of wellness in working and training contexts. The processes of orientation and training are conceived as tools of development of human resources in the context and the community. So, the course will focus on the theoretical and practical knowledge of the learning and decisional processes.
The course develops a critical analysis of the main elements of the psychology of the learning processes, vocational psychology, developmental psychology of individuals and groups in organizations. The course will be focus on counseling skills in the helping relationship. The students will be working on the organizational well-being and prevention of work related stress. The students will be stressed on the self-reflection and working group on the themes of the course for a wider final evaluation.
