This course aims to give the students the tools which are necessary to the comprehension of the Italian constitutional system, referring in particular to the fundamental principles of the constitutional order, to the institutional organization and to the system of humn rights and guarantees.
Starting with the systematic analysis of the Italian Republican Constitution, the course will be focused on: the fundamental principles of Italian constitutional model; the relationship between public powers and the people; the sources of internal, Ue and international Law; the model of allocation of public powers; the constitutional guarantees and the relationship with the European Union.
