PUBLIC ECONOMIC LAW
Final oral exam
Students attending the course will be able to precede the final exam by an intermediate verification on the general part of the program
At the end, the student will understand and evaluate the new economic phenomena in a legal and constitutional perspective
The course will focus on the theories on the relationship between legal science and economic science;
on the economic constitution; on the legal regulation of the market and
on the regime of competition law in the European Union; on the regulatory State.
