The course provides a critical analysis of the main approaches in social psychology, paradigms, fields and methodologies of research, application fields. Everyday life is the ground from which different themes are developed, reflecting the main areas of individual processes, and interpersonal and group ones. The aim is to investigate the obvious of observed situations, to search for dimensions and processes that define the interaction between self and others and the ways in which the action-oriented individual develops the social reality. In module B an insight into the training psychology will be provided (agents, subjects and phases of the training process, methods and strategies for professional and organizational development).
