Knowledge of the medieval and humanistic Latin literature through the reading of an exemplary text of this literature and the study of the literary sphere of reference of the text.
The course will be divided into two modules: Basic module: The history of the medieval Latin literature from the VI to IX century (one century) Monographic module: An exemplary text of the medieval and humanistic Latin literature

Lectures.
Students of Lettere L10 - curriculum Classico are required to attend the first and the second semester (for a total of 60 hours of lectures and 12 CFU). Students of Beni culturali L1 - curriculum Archeologico and curriculum Gestione dei beni culturali are required to attend only the first semetre (for a total of 30 hours of lectures and 6 CFU).
