The course aims at training students to legal reasoning through a critical approach to business law and corporate law. The course focuses on the fundamentals of business law: general legal discipline of entrepreneurial activity, joint ventures, partenerships, corporations, financial and banking contracts, bankruptcy law, promissory notes and certificates (commercial papers).
The course is devoted to the study of business law, company and corporate law, financial markets, commercial papers, bankruptcy.
