Final oral exam
The course aims to let the student know the chemical composition and nutritional intake of the main food classes. Macronutrients and micronutrients will be treated. Nutritional supplements, dietary foods and their use will be also treated.
Allergies and food intolerances will be treated as well as signs of food toxicology.
