Oral examination.
Clarify the role of mineral resources, specifically that of industrial minerals, in the everyday life. Underline the link between the features of a specific mineral and its possible uses, as well as the consequences in terms of associated value. To learn how chemical and mineralogical characteristics can affect a production process and how geology, mineralogy, environmental impacts and the market play together in determining the economic feasibility of a mining activity.
