Written test
The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge of EU employment legislation and case law. By the end of the course, the student should be able to find EU sources of law and understand the impact of EU regulations on EU member States' domestic employment law provision.
The course unit's content comprises of: - Sources of EU labour law - Health & safety - working time - Antidiscrimination law - Atypical workers protection - Corporate restructuring in time of crisis - Free movement of workers in EU - EU representation and consultation of employees
