Communication, reputation and relationships are important factors in managing relationships between
companies and the complex environment in which they operate.
Starting from the analysis of the problems that companies face in relating to the outside world, the student will be stimulated, through the presentation of case studies, the acquisition of skills that are part of the "toolbox" of business communication professions.
Marketing, public relations, organizational communication, crisis communication and communication plans are some of the areas on which the attention will be focused. The role that stakeholders and influencers play in the local and global sphere will be analyzed, also in the context of the control of digital influence through activities in social networks and blogs.
