The course takes place mainly in the form of practical workshops:
-In the computer lab for the development of the bases of bioinformatics, in order to develop the study of genes involved in quantitative traits in livestock production: choice of the reference gene, its sequence and identification of mutations responsible for phenotypic variation.
- In molecular biology lab in order to learn the basic techniques for the analysis of DNA segments, amplification, digestion and genotyping.
