Oral exam
The students will be asked to plan an environmental sampling program in a cheese making processing plant, to perform microbiological analysis, to create a database of the result obtained and to elaborate a final report.
Theory (1h): basic principle of environmental sampling programs; Desk activity (2h): planning of a sampling program in a cheese making plant; Hands on activity (5h) collection of environmental samples at a cheesemaking plant; laboratory activity (4h): microbiological analysis of the collected samples; Desk activity (4 h): data entry and final report elaboration;
