The course provides a critical analysis of the main approaches in social psychology, paradigms, fields and methodologies of research, application fields. Everyday life is the ground from which different themes are developed, reflecting the main areas of individual processes, and interpersonal and group ones. A specific focus will be directed to the prospects of relational and restorative approaches for the promotion of individual and collective wellbeing. The socio-cognitive model of welfare will be focused. This model is based on the concept of human agentivity and the role of contextual supports for the satisfaction of people in training and work.
