Learning outcomes of the course unit: the course aims to enable an institutional knowledge of the main institutions and basics of the Tourism Law, with reference to the aspects of public and private law in domestic and international law, paying attention to the profiles of protection of the tourist
Course contents: Public tourism: law and administration; information and tourism promotion; ports and airports; hotel classification; tour operators and travel agencies; tourism professions. Private law: transport contracts; hotel contracts and booking; travel contracts; tourist rentals; alternative dispute resolution
